Day 1: Arrival in Heraklion

Day 3: Vamos Village & Local Herb Workshop
Enjoy a botanical walk in Vamos Village, learning about local wildflowers and herbs. Visit a nearby workshop to see the process of traditional herb cultivation and drying.
Day 4: Maravel Garden & Spili Village
Head to Maravel Garden in Spili, where you’ll discover medicinal plants and aromatic herbs. Participate in a workshop on soap-making using herbal oils. Explore Spili village in the afternoon.
Day 5: Omalos Plateau & Herb Cultivation Workshop
Travel to the Omalos Plateau to join an interactive workshop on organic herb cultivation. Learn about traditional methods and enjoy a herb-infused lunch in a picturesque mountain setting.
Day 6: Heraklion Herb Cooking Class
Return to Heraklion for a hands-on cooking class. Use freshly picked herbs to create traditional Cretan dishes, followed by a shared meal. Spend the afternoon exploring Heraklion at your leisure.
Day 7: Lasithi Plateau & Herb Tasting at Lassinthos park
Visit the Lasithi Plateau, surrounded by fertile lands rich in aromatic herbs. Participate in a herb-tasting session, sampling teas and tinctures made from local plants.
Day 8: Departure
Enjoy a relaxed morning with optional shopping for herbal souvenirs or a visit to a local farmer’s market before your departure from Crete.
